Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. GUTTED STREET is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
• Original receipt / proof of purchase required
• Original tags must be attached
• No alterations, washes, wear, deodorant marks, or smoke / fragrance odors
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original, resellable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and returned to sender.

25% RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee.
